Much of our inventory consists of used and reconditioned marine equipment. Descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided in good faith but condition can vary. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We recommend confirming fitment by make, model, and serial number before purchase.

Pricing & Quotes

Prices and quotes are subject to change and are valid only for the period stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders affected by such errors.

Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted at our discretion. Payment is due as agreed at the time of order. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Export packing, crating, freight, duties, and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in your quote.

Returns & Warranty

Returns and any applicable warranty are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged with us in advance. Used and reconditioned items may be sold as-is. Please contact us before returning any item; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yachts & Diesels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
